Technology professional turned social entrepreneur, Chetan Sharma is the Co-Founder and CTO at Save Indian Grain. Org (SIGO), a social enterprise dedicated to the design and delivery of modern grain storage solutions, aggregate food hubs, and agri stakeholder and cluster maps for small and marginal farmers in India.
Chetan has background in building Web/ Data-driven products involving Machine learning with previous assignments at Large Telecom, Search startup, Google and IT consulting in AgroTech Sector. His most recent assignment was for an agriculture/dairy giant in United States. He is actively involved in alleviating poverty and homelessness in local communities with a special focus on inner city children and their education.
Chetan has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology with certifications in Analytics Edge, a 12-week intensive course building predictive models using R from MITx & EDx and Machine Learning from Stanford University. He was a participant at the recent MIT's Global Entrepreneurship Boot Camp held at Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2017, where his team was a 2nd place finalist.
